YAKIMA, Wash.–A man was seen staggering by an occupied car early Friday morning before driving a short distance and parking nearby.
Upon arrival, officers found the man passed out in the car, according to the Yakima Police Department. When he woke up, he resisted arrest and became argumentative.
An open wine bottle and a large BuzzBallz container were found in the car, according to YPD.
A 17-year-old girl was found in the car unconscious and not responsive, according to YPD. When Narcan was administered, she woke up and assaulted the officers.
Officers believed she was under the influence of alcohol and fentanyl, according to YPD. She was transported to the hospital.
