Law enforcement tracks down man after failing to yield for officer in Kennewick

KENNEWICK, Wash. – Police booked a man into jail for driving with a suspended license, an ignition interlock violation and failing to yield to an officer in Kennewick, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies tried pulling the man over and followed him when he refused to stop, however pulled away due to school zone safety and decided to find him later.

Detectives followed the man in an unmarked vehicle and followed him home to West Richland. Deputies and officers from the West Richland Police Department took him into custody at the home.
