RICHLAND, Wash.- Tri-Cities Tap & Barrel is a bistro-style bar offering a large selection of local beers and wines paired with seasonally fresh, tasty bites.

Kendra Sadler, owner of Tap & Barrel started the business with her husband seven years ago. “My husband and I decided that Tri-Cities needs something that’s a little bit different,” said Sadler. “More urban, casual, fine dining when it comes to food and wine but still comfortable like your home.”

Sadler said the Tap & Barrel experience includes the positive atmosphere. “It makes you feel right at home.”

Every month Tap & Barrel hosts a different meal featuring seven courses. The meal comes with beer and wine and is limited to only 20 tickets. This month, Tap & Barrel is hosting a Valentine’s Day meal.

Sadler introduced Tap & Barrel’s new executive chef, James Vandeberg who brings 35 years of experience. Vandeberg worked in the wine industry in the Red Mountain area.

“I’m going to elevate these dishes and make these specials to give them a little more punch,” said Vandeberg. “We’re going to collaborate and do what we can to really bring a great experience to the area.”

You can find Tri-Cities Tap & Barrel on Kenne and Gage in Richland. It is a 21 and over establishment.
