KENNEWICK, Wash.–A Pasco man was arrested yesterday in connection to multiple burglaries from September.

A power meter on Columbia Center Blvd. had been tampered with shortly before 4 a.m. September 7, and upon arrival, officers found pry marks on the door to a building and cash stolen from a register, according to the Kennewick Police Department.

The Public Utilities Department removed the meter and surveillance cameras caught images of the suspect, according to KPD.

Around the same time, officers found another power meter that was tampered with at a business on Edison St., according to KPD.

Officers arrived around 4 a.m. and found the door open, according to KPD. Cash was stolen from the office and the suspect seemed to have entered through a window before leaving through the front door.

A burglary alarm on Columbia Center Blvd. was activated at 4:06 a.m. that day and the suspect had entered through the window of this business as well, according to KPD. No items were reported stolen, but the suspect dropped a headlamp at the scene.

Shortly before 6:30 a.m. on W. Canal Dr., a suspect broke into a drive through window to find an empty cash register, according to KPD. The business had a similar incident that cost $2,600 to replace, and security footage revealed it was the same man from another burglary.
