KENNEWICK, Wash.–A person was getting into their car on Thursday when an unknown man walked up behind them and inappropriately touched them.
After a thorough investigation, the 23-year-old man from Kennewick was arrested and booked in the Benton County Jail, according to the Kennewick Police Department.
The investigation found the man had been involved with similar incidents in the past, according to KPD.
